How do I attend this event?

Invitees are selected from their Application for Admittance based on a number of criteria, not limited to: dedication to personal and professional growth, recommendation from administration, self-nomination, and servant-leadership mindset.

Why didn’t I get invited?

There are only 350 spots for MANY amazing educators from Northeastern Oklahoma. Not everyone who is qualified will be able to attend. We are limited in space.

What can I do to be involved, even if I’m not invited this time?

Follow attendees on the days of the event on Twitter and Instagram with hashtag #ecet2ok and 'like' the facebook page.

What am I required to bring to the event and do while I’m there?

Bring yourself. Wi-fi is available, and we encourage attendees to tweet, blog, and share their experiences on social media. This benefits our peers in education who were unable to attend this time. While you’re here, enjoy the food, beverages, professional development, and professional/personal relationships you form.

How do I submit a proposal to present?

Open call for Proposal presentations can be found on this website on the 'APPLY TO PRESENT' tab. We will tweet out updates and post updates on this website, and our Facebook page. Follow, bookmark, and like to keep updated.

What is a "Colleague Circle"?

This teacher-to-teacher problem of practice session will provide a forum for a colleague to share a common challenge that he or she is struggling with and for the group to pose questions, react, and brainstorm and explore the feasibility of solutions. The goal of the session is to provide a forum for the group to work together on a challenge that is central to improving the teaching environment or classroom practice.
